So much to do, so much to see, and the best thing is you never have to leave the comfort of your swivel chair, stool or upside-down packing crate (it's true; in years to come, we'll be wired up to the mains, with these really big heads...) And ain't it nice to find that so much of the info zipping back 'n' forth is right up our alley. Eeh, it's great to be an obsessive Who-head/Trekker/Farscapegoat in the 21st Century...

SHOWS & FLICKS

BBC Online - Doctor Who - They can't be bothered to make the programme, but they've got a pretty nifty web site (I know which I'd rather have though.) Loads o' groovy things to pick through - an impressive array indeed.

The Renegade Timelord - 79 stories, 3632 images, 359 sound files... and you can even mess around with the site's style by switching templates (now he's just showing off!)

The Anorak Zone - There are some pretty sad things out there. Despite what the proprietor of The Anorak Zone says, this is not one of them. First rate features on Doctor Who (though Pertwee devotees might want to give it a wide berth), The Prisoner, Sapphire & Steel, Star Cops, Laurel & Hardy, and even that saggy old cloth cat, Bagpuss!

Doctor Who in Detail 3 - Basically wunna dem database wotnots, and a bloody good one. I'm constantly running into equally impressive sites, but there's no way this is ever leaving my folder.

The Ultimate Eighth Doctor Website - You've got to admire anyone sticking their neck out to support something held in such contempt by the Who community (actually, I've got a few things to say in defense of that movie.) Stacks o' stuff to gawp at, and it's top-notch on the tech front too.

My Whoniverse - A pink dalek and other fun fan stuff.

Earthbound Timelords - Don't expect pretty graphics or anything, but there's evidence of extreme toil in just about every other department. There are all sorts of things over there that I haven't even looked at - I go there for the scripts. These guys have been transcribing all the lost episodes ("lost"? incinerated more like!) in an effort to fill the gaps in our Who knowledge. Quite frankly, this is probably the most valuable Who related site on the net.

Kevin's Doctor Who Site - Looking to download something? Then pop past Kev's.

The DWAS Website - The granddaddy of them all.

Whoexperiment - Remember the pages that are under construction? Remember the dalek? Well, I nicked it from here!

E-Space Chatroom - Chat away about all the good things in life.

Epguides - The ultimate - and I mean ultimate - bunch of episode guides... pretty much every show ever... even unwanted crap like Automan.

Sapphire & Steel - Blimey, an adventure game based on the much missed show!

Star Trek.com - Some official sites suck big-time (Warner's B5 page is shameful) but this is, to say the least, fully loaded.

Farscape.com - Another terrific official jobby.

Star Wars.com - Yet another terrific official jobby.

The X Files - Official Site - And, yes, there's even more terrific official jobbies out there!

Blake's 7.com - This is the official jobby where you'll find all the info on the forthcoming Blake's 7 movie. Join the mailing list and read some bloody funny stuff by Paul Darrow, though bear in mind that some PCs contracted a virus from the list recently ("He's dying; Zen is dying.")

Louise and Simon's Blake's 7 Fan Site - One of many impressive B7 sites. Well designed and easy to hang loose in.

Zocalo - ISN News - The only place to go for news on all things Babylonian.

Frankenstein Lives - Loads o' groovy stuff about the big-booted bolt boy.

The Creature Returns - Get to grips with the gillman a.k.a. The Creature From the Black Lagoon.

Monsterzine.com - An outstanding e-zine dedicated to the greats.

The B-Movie Film Vault - Love low budget crap? The guy who runs the vault wants to marry it!

Chucky Online - (All together now) Got myself a slashing, jabbing, hacking, stabbing, living doll...

Sentinels of Darkness - Coming soon to a VCR/DVD player near you - Manos Kalaitzakis's spirited tribute to all things vampiric - the latest Eileen Daly vamp vehicle!

Pythonline - And now for something completely different - a webmaster with three testicles.

ARTISTS

Tom Baker.com - Find out what the big man's up to these days.

Nabil Shaban's Homepage - A great batch of articles by the outspoken actor.

John Levene - This site belongs to er... John Anthony Blake! Get all the facts on Sergeant Benton himself, then follow the links to his forthcoming movie appearances (Cannibalistic and The Pursuers.)

The Late Michael Craze/Ben Jackson Page - One half of the last pair to travel through time with Bill "Wild Man" Hartnell.

Simon Gerard/Wendy Padbury - Here's a busy couple. One day, they'll find the time to update their site!

Mark Ayres - Music, Maestro, please!

Adam West.com - The original Dark Knight's place on the web. Simple but groovy graphics and plenty of fascinating bat (or rather West) info.

The Official Frank Gorshin Website - Riddle me this... What's there to Gorshin besides his numerous bat appearances and Loki in that subtle as a spanner in the face Star Trek episode? For the full rundown, check out his official site (bit more "actory" this one.)

The Official Tom Savini Homepage - Get acquainted with the Guru of Gore, the Sultan of Splatter - make-up artist extraordinaireTom Savini!

MISCELLANEOUS

Witch Castle - So, what's on the menu, teen witch Aurora? Potions, rituals, herbs, a grimorie and much, much, much, much more.

WEB STUFF

Realm Arts - Very nice graphics by someone who did me a favour once. And remember... a virtual pet is for life, not just Christmas!
